Get ready to cruise this summer in a brand new 1969 Camaro convertible!

Yes, you read that right - a brand new 1969 Camaro convertible. The crew at Golden Leaf Automotive provided us with their GM licensed 1969 Camaro convertible body, and Pro Body Parts (a Golden Leaf distributor) added all the finishing sheet metal and other finishing parts like fenders, rad supports, chrome bumpers, grille, hood, trim pieces, bolt kit, and everything else that was needed. Fat Man Fabrications added a front clip, complete with all suspension components, including stainless steel control arms, and rack & pinion steering. GM Performance Parts provided a custom 350 crate engine that puts out 350 horse and is complete from the pan to the air cleaner. Bolted to that is a 350TH tranny from Shepp's Transmissions.

Take a look inside and you'll see a custom chrome tilt column from Ididit, a dash insert and bezel, complete with gauges from Dakota Digital, and carpets, door panels and seat covers from PUI. Muscle 'n Classic Auto Parts added a custom fit American Autowire complete wiring harness to hook all of the components together.

Keeping this hot package running cool is a BeCool unit that includes the radiator and overflow tank along with a twin fan setup. Helping it to look cool is a complete paint package from Hub City Auto Paints and glass all around from Speedy Glass. Adding to the cool sound of that 350 rumble will be a sound system from Audio/Vision Marketing and the Sound Crew.

Think we're finished? If you do, then you don't know us very well. Keep checking back as we add wheels, tires, and other goodies to this package. And just to show you how easy everything goes together, the committee members of the Atlantic Nationals and the members of the Greater Moncton Street Rod Association are test-fitting all the parts and plan on having the Camaro running under its own power at the Atlantic Nationals. Keep in mind, that a full and proper assembly of this package will be the responsibility of the winner. We've got to leave you with some fun stuff to do as well, don't we?
